These terms apply to all orders and services from Butterpillows Bakery (butterpillowsbakery.com). Our offer includes the sale of handcrafted baked goods and food items. The presentation of our products is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding guarantee.
As a customer, you are obligated to provide correct and complete information when placing an order. We are committed to producing our baked goods with artisanal care and in observance of traditional methods. Delivery will be made within the specified times, provided no unforeseen circumstances occur.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. The amount of liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for intolerances or individual reactions to food.
Payment is made according to the options indicated on the order page. In the event of a withdrawal in accordance with legal requirements, payments already made will be refunded promptly, provided the goods are returned undamaged. For perishable goods, the statutory right of withdrawal applies only to a limited extent.
We reserve the right to amend these terms with effect for the future. Changes will be published on our website. Either party may cease using our services at any time. Contracts already concluded remain unaffected by a termination.
